I have fifteen years of Managing Business Operations and Executive Experience. I am accomplished in business development and project development from R&D to Commercialization. Proficient in critical thinking to streamline product development from inception through feasibility to design, research and financial modelling for production. This has interwoven a long career of sales adoption into the marketplace and training co-workers to advance marketing and messaging. My professional career fields are Agriculture technology and Innovation, Sustainable Clean-Tech Renewables, Waste management processes, and I.T. Data Communications.

A well-rounded executive professional with a passion for helping projects develop into companies with growing revenue streams. My last ten years have been focused on companies developing sustainable products and processes, affecting the betterment and enhancement of environmental stewardship, capitalizing on global partnerships to produce waste to wood shavings, compost, soils & crops plus energy applications. These fifteen-plus years have successfully focused my skills on all aspects of business, financial and market forecasting to strategic business planning with necessary change management due diligence of several start-ups and smaller owner-run businesses.

I have increased product brand awareness resulting in lower operational costs and increased sales across the board for clients while developing innovative processes to better the environment and drastically reduce pollution in the Ag sector. Implementing Business Administrative tools such as tracking, quoting, budgeting and CRM to speed up quoting time and accuracy by 50% and created better customer contact details (KYC), reducing internal errors while increasing leads relationships and closing more sales. Finally, I continue to clearly and accurately report to staff, boards and shareholders with an ESG model transparency to accurately depict direction and status of projects.

Horse manure is yet difficult to quantify as ”horse manure" is usually the total cleaned stall or “stall residuals.” Stall residuals combine manure, stall bedding wood shavings, feed and hay which today is disposed of by spreading, stockpiling for compost, or burning. Horse manure is yet difficult to quantify as ”horse manure" is usually the total cleaned stall or “stall residuals.” Stall residuals combine manure, stall bedding wood shavings, feed and hay which today is disposed of by spreading, stockpiling for compost, or burning. As data is about spreading, leaching and off gassing it is suggested we interpret “horse manure” as “stall residuals.” To effectively benefit from spreading, composting or using AD digestate as a viable source of Co2/Nitrogen/ Potassium we must separate the manure buns/apples from the bedding and repurpose the shavings. The present invention provides systems and methods for the disposal of materials related to the recycling or repurposing of stall residual waste and/or soiled animal bedding, which is environmentally conscious to aquifers and further limits off-gassing of enteric methane and other gasses. The use of such methods creates a healthier recycled bedding than existing new bedding materials. The reusable and clean animal bedding provides a healthy, hygienic, sanitary, and enhanced stall environment. You see Goji, native to Asia and growing in demand were getting a lot of attention as studies were proving correct that the little red nutrient-dense berries are not only good, but are good for us too!

    Peter being a man of inspired vision, began to see a bigger picture; an exciting one, and the wheels started turning; He was fervently driven to bring goji berries to Canada and grow them right here in BC's Fraser Valley. But first, how to connect the dots?

    Now while it has been said that big ideas are often met with big opposition or doubt, it has also been said that "Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion"! And while some said to Peter that goji berries, native to Asia, could NOT be grown in Canada, he was committed to the journey, no matter how long or challenging. Peter knew that with the right farm, a little faith and family, he'd be able to find the secret to growing these delicious, nutrient-rich berries in Canadian soil.
